Calling an hour before you visit may help but not always because reserving time for a call or visit is just a possibility. If your loved one can''t answer the phone and hold it properly after 3:30 pm sorry you should just go there and demand a visit. Weekends and holidays the activities staff is not there to assist you and no one seems to understand basic electronic devices that elementary children can do with ease. Try later even though the activity staff is there to possibly 4:30 pm don''t waste your time. Video chats are limited to roughly between 10 am to lunch time and after lunch to maybe 3:30.
